    On May 23, 2024 I entered into an 6-week Airbnb rental agreement with the owner Uche O******** at E Properties and Development, Inc.. I just found out that Ms. O******** is not affiliated with Airbnb therefore I'm unable to recover my money through them. From the day I moved into the property I have been harassed by a Black Male tenant who has been following me thought out the apartment via a spy camera. Including my guests. I've made several calls and attempts to the properties owners to move me another property or refund my money. I was so spooked by the behavior and continued harassment from the tenant above that I had to move into an hotel for last two weeks at an additional expense.

    E Properties & Development is very committed to ensuring that the experiences of our guests are enjoyable, comfortable, safe and satisfying.  We strive to provide quality customer service at all times.  We were disappointed to find out that a repeat guest of ours was dissatisfied with his stay.  We researched his complaints and found no evidence of a spy camera.  Although we were unable to corroborate the allegations of harassment by another guest, we take these issues seriously as the safety of our guests is paramount.  Since we were unable to move the complainant to another unit, we agreed that he could terminate his stay immediately and that he would be refunded his money.  He was scheduled to stay for 6 weeks for $1,850.  Since he had already stayed for 2 weeks before he started to make the complaints, we refunded him $1,230.  The check was issued on 7/10/2024 and cashed by the complainant on 7/15/2024.  We are sorry to hear that our guest felt uncomfortable during his stay.  We continue to monitor all activities in our property to ensure that all our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay.
