    I bought a swimsuit from ************** from Miraclesuit.on 8th June 2025. It didnt fit so I returned it which they received on 16th June 2025. I still havent received my money but their returns policy is 30 days from receipt. I have been emailing them and they keep telling me their supervisor is authorising it and Ill get my money in different time frames but they have breached all of those time frames. Its a lot of money to lose.

    I purchased a miracle suit directly from the business on July 15/25. Order number ******. This suit ended up being too large so I ordered a second one in a size down - July21/25 order number ******. Neither worked out for me, both are unworn and Im attempting to return both in the same package to save me double shipping costs. Ive emailed August 2,3, 5, 7 and 8 then called on two occasions at which time I was told I would get a call back, which has not happened. With the first bathing suit I am now past 30 day return policy but was reassured both times I called that it wouldnt be a problem and no issues would occur because Ive been in contact with the business. On the email reply of Aug 6, I was offered two options 1) offering a self postage label and commercial invoice. If I chose this option I would receive a full refund with the note it would take up to 30 days for the refund; or 2) they would email me a *** label with the dollar amount deducted from my return. I replied back that Id like to go with option 1. After 3 email requests and 2 phone requests of asking for the self postage label and invoice, I have yet to receive a response. As an international customer, it is not a free return therefore my request to get one label for the two suits is all Ive been asking to do. The amount for each bathing suit was ****** CAD for a total of ****** CAD. I feel I have done my part to try to resolve this and the company is simply not responding. Very frustrating.

    I purchased a new Miracle Suit Grenadine Red Rock Solid Aphrodite swimsuit on 2//09/24 from ****. I recently noticed the material in the back is deteriorating. I contacted Miracle Suit and they said they only warrant suits purchased directly from them.

    Our Policy at Miraclesuit is to warrant our suits for 1 year if purchased from our website or one of our wholesale accounts, such as ******, *********'s etc.

    This suit was not purchased from us or one of our vendors and is 2 years old therefore it is not eligible for replacement. Also, being bought from **** we cannot validate that it was first quality or an authentic Miraclesuit when purchased.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have 3 other Miracle suits. And they are deteriorating in the same place, the back end.   Their products are sub par for the price.  All of the suits are genuine Miracle suits.  Im sorry they dont stand behind their products in any way.  Their suits are designed for mature women.  Thats why I purchased them, but Ill be spreading the word to my friends in my aquatic class to steer clear of Miracle Suit.

    I ordered a bathing suit from miracle suit & was charged $177.88 on 2/8/25. It was too small. I called miraclesuit & received a return label. The lady ordered me one size bigger in bottoms & two sizes bigger for the top. My spouse dropped the suit return to the post office on 2/20/25. To date I have not received a refund or another suit. I called & no one answered after over an hour. No paperwork was received.

    I have worn this suit at the most 20 times . I have never sunbathed in it . I noticed after about 5 time the material was failing in one busy area but not that noticeable but now it the **** and low back and now its thinned so much one can see thru it - very very poor material I want money back or another bathing suit.

    We warranty our swimsuits for 1 calendar year. 

    She purchased her suit in 2021, 3 years ago. Our suits have a very high lycra content which will deteriorate in high levels of chlorine found in hot tubs and heated salt pools. 

    We will offer a one-time warranty replacement outside of our warranty period.

    1/22/2023 Ordered new bathing suit from Miraclesuit Ventures- solid black top and 2 different bottoms for $351.54. Order number ******. When Miraclesuit arrived I was disappointed with the quality . Also, all 3 pieces ran large and hung on me. Decided to return. Miraclesuit Ventures website states that Returns have never been easier. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the ** code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute. Free returns No box or label needed Thousands of Return Bar locations nationwide Refund initiated at drop off Return Bar returns are more sustainable than mail returns1 1/30/2023 Packaged received Attempted to return using Happy Returns per instructions. Error message. Called 3 x during the day and always told it would be a couple hours before the system would work.Continued to try their system intermittently. Error message 1/31/2023 4 calls with Miraclesuit Ventures. Repeatedly told their system would work in a couple of hours. The only way to return and receive a refund is through their non-working system.Continued to try their system intermittently. Error message 2/1/2023 3 calls to Miraclesuit Venture. Told their system is still down. On the third call I was told that they could send me a *** label (a different method to ship back) but no refund issued - 6-8 weeks after it was accepted and documented at their facility. Unfortunately, this is when I looked at BBB and saw that there are MANY issues with returns/refunds with this business. My credit card dispute started. Warned against using alternative return system. 2/2/2023 Called Miraclesuit. System still not working. No assistance provided.

    I am writing to let you know that my complaint has finally been resolved.  After contacting Miraclesuit Venture repeatedly day after day (and starting this complaint and a dispute with my credit card company), I was finally offered a *** label to return the swimsuit that was not the quality promised.  The representative said upon return I may get a refund of my $351.  I am happy to let you know that I have finally received a refund from this very unprofessional company.
