      Ordered a running board for my ***** 2500. Unfortunately it was scratched right out of the box. They sent me return information and credited my account for part. Placed another order for a different one this time with no issues.

      Parts came in today.The sales *** was helpful a little pricey on what I got, but if they look good on the truck, they are well worth the money . Will post pictures after i install them before look and after look

      My 2013 F150 XLT ecoboost has a grill opening exposing vital cooling system, seen the lower bumper grill and ordered it, ordering is easy thru your website, showed it was in stock so I assumed it would ship fairly quick but still waiting for confirmation. Will rate product after I receive it.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! Fraudulent practices and useless customer service. Their parent company owns a bunch of websites, i ordered two items, one from ****************** and one from americantrucks.com. They used the same ***** tracking number on both orders and never shipped my second order. I contacted customer service who acknowledged the issue but have still not attempted to resolve it weeks later. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and extreme terrain lied and claimed they weren't aware of the issue. They then sent fraudulent ***** slips for an item that was sent through American trucks but they never sent my order from extreme terrain and refuse to assist me. This is the shadiest company I've come across. I'm now having to file a complaint with the **** to try and retrieve my money that extreme terrain stole.

      Great , fast delivery . Everything arrived in good condition. Unlike my last vendor that shipped the wrong item twice. Thanks again. I will definitely consider using American Truck again.

      Love this website never shop anywhere else! It's super user friendly, very competitive prices i see no point in shopping anywhere else when It comes to my truck!
