    had some electrical work done, company came out did part of the work, came back a few days later completed what was started, had to make changes due to parts they didn't have at the time they came out, then came back to finish project, problem is with the billing they don't have specifics for hourly rates, parts, labor so my complaint is how do I know what's charged from beginning to end, called 2 times talked to **** said *** was busy, called back a few days later *** was in a meeting, asked about billing she couldn't explain either said I had to talk to him, now I'm thinking something is wrong why can you send a bill and not explain charges like myself , I wasn't the only one confused, called back again talked to **** again said right away *** stands by billing and not making changes,didn't ask for change just explanation, left message for *** to call me, three weeks later I'm sending this to bbb still no call back

    To whom it may concern:
     In reference to the ** number above addressing the consumers concern regarding work completed at their home and itemized billing. The customer contacted our electrical department, discussed work that needed to be done and scheduled / approved to have the work completed.  Work orders were completed on the following dates: 5/8/2024, 5/14/2024 & 5/31/2024.  Each day our technicians complete a service order for the material used, a description of the work completed and labor hours. A yellow copy is left for the customers records. An invoice for each of the above dates was emailed on the following dates: 5/15/2024, 5/23/2024 &6/11/2024.


    To address the return trip to complete what was started the customers final invoice was adjusted (credited) $100. After reviewing the details with our Electrical Manager I feel the customer was provided with information he requested material used, work completed and labor hours.  I will also have our Electrical Manger contact the customer to satisfy the request of a return phone call.


    I would also like to mention we have never received a letter of complaint of this nature in 24 years of business.  Consequently, we are disappointed that there seems to have been confusion on the part of our customer.

    I need more information, I got a reply from business manager stating that they left copies of invoices, which he later indicated that electrician was new and didn't leave the yellow copies ? that's the whole concern and reason for this complaint, I still have no idea what I was charged for each time and amounts, he also said he was sending over an e mail? 4 days later still don't have

    I am rejecting this response because: I still do not have any information that I have requested, prices and breakdown, was given a call and was told everything would be e mailed to me 4 days later still nothing..
