    Date of Service: 2-8-2024. Bill for $400.00. I paid $100.00. Our ***************** ***********************, has stated that they have ALREADY paid the remaining $400.00. I have called ****** countless times beginning last October. ****** has put my on the phone, and dialed the DC Fire and EMS, the number ************** and the person who answers always says she cannot do anything about it but that Vontessa or other people will look at it. No one every gets back to us. ****** emphatically states they a contract with DC FIRE AND EMS which prohibits them from sending these large bills. (Maximum should be $500.00, of which ****** pays $400. ****** has already paid $400.00 for the date of service 2-8-24.)****** is at ************, reference **************** Medical Bill for ******* ****, (my husband) medrecord no. 141 033 691. ****** conversation number S445704079. In short, it is impossible to reach someone at DC Fire and EMS, yet they keep sending me INCORRECT invoices. I need you to make them stop harassing us with this bill. They are billing way more than their contract with ****** allows. DC Fire and EMS Invoice # DDCFE282753. Last invoice was sent 12-19-2024. They are not in compliance with their contract and we are caught in the middle. This Invoice should be $--0--- as of right now.
