              The date of my purchase was July 10,2020. Pool package was purchased at King Cole Pool costing $3699.99. Installation was planned for spring of 2021 with cost of installation separate, to be paid to installer contracted by King Cole. I began contacting the business in April 2021 , at which time the pool was completely paid for. I was told proceed with site grading as to not hold up installation. Grading was completed April 18,2021. I continued unsuccessfully calling installer Mike H********* Many calls were not responded to. On the few occasions I spoke with him, he said he would come to my home but never did. By the end of June 2021 I stopped contacting *** ********* and started rapport with business owner Ellen. After three weeks I still didn't have my pool installed. At one point during multiple conversations, I was offered chlorine free of cost. I didn't even have a pool to use the chlorine. I just wanted my pool installed. I ultimately had to locate an alternate installer.

              I have used King Cole Pools for 10 years, since 2013 and to date 2023 I have never had a problem with them. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Yes I received a call about labor shortage that they were experiencing, and I understood. Who is not dealing with labor shortage, that isn't King Cole Pools problem. Bottom line, they called me back and stated that they have the labor shortage problem under control. King Cole Pools always has helped me when I have had an issue and I will continue to use them.
