On multiple occasions, the last being August 11, 2017, BBB requested information from Century Student Loan Support LLC regarding their operation to ensure that BBB has a clear understanding of their business. The August 11, 2017 letter requested the following information:
1. The names of all officers/principals of the company and their 3 year work history prior to employment at Century Student Loan Support.
2. Provide details on the relationship, in detail, between Century Student Loan Support, Student Loan Support and Student Advocates including any shared ownership.
3. Provide details on the relationship between any or all of the above entities and Progress Advocates Group.
4. BBB records show that Ms. Adrian Mulgrave is associated with both Century Student Loan Support & Student Loan Support. Please explain that relationship.
5. Century Student Loan Support's website states, "Century Student Loan Support provides ongoing document preparation services and offers a strong financial planning service for clients who have already been through the consolidation process." Please provide a detailed written description of your business model and how CSLS assists your clients with their student loan debt.
6. Provide complete details on all fees associated with your services.As of August 30, 2017, Century Student Loan Support LLC has failed to reply to BBB's requests. Click on the link at Student Loan Support for their BBB business profile.
