    This is an ongoing issue with RDS Vending machines. These machines are in a constant state of disrepair and continue to repeatedly take our funds and do NOT dispense product. We have repeatedly contacted the company to either repair or replace these machines and still, we have the same issues. The beverage machine took my money today just before sending in this complaint. Two nights ago, the snack machine next to the soda machine took my money twice without dispensing product as well. None of them seem to work properly! I have made so many credit card disputes that i fear my card issuer will eventually stop honoring them. The machines are located at the ********************************** in the *************************** Station.

    1/12/24- I put my card into the card reader, I picked a number for my son, it charged me $5.00 and gave me nothing. The Rice Krispies are only $2.50 but it was stuck and was also charged $5. Normally I would let it go and lose the $5 bc things happen but my kids play basketball here a lot and I have stopped allowing my kids to use this machine bc it takes my money almost everytime, if not everytime. I finally allowed them tonight to use it again and guess what, Im out $5 and have a crying child. I suggest fixing the machine, again if just once I would be ok, this happens all the time to everyone, its starting to make parents very angry. This is located at the ************************************** in Montgomery County ** around 7:15 PM, give or take a few min.

    I am writing to inform you of my disatisfaction with RDS Vending. I contacted the company on three separate occassions requesting a refund from an incomplete purchase. On May 5, 2023 I tried to make a purchase from and RDS vending machine in ******* Hospital.  The machine took my money and failed to produce and item. I contacted RDS Vending and requested my money. I was told by ***** he would send me my money. I gave him my name address and phone number. I spoke with ***** on three separate occassions. The first time was 5/5/23 @ 2:41pm, the second time was 6/20 @12:5pm, and the third and final time was 7/17/23 @ 1:10pm.I would like to report this business for theft. I take unsuspecting peoples money at a time of high stress. Then they have nerve tolie about returning the money that rightfully belongs to the customer. Who knows how many patients family members, and hospital staff lost money in that machine and have yet to be compensated.
