Refund and Exchange Policy
. Cancellation/ Part restocking fees: Any standard product already on order or that has shipped will incur a 25% restocking fee.
. Requests to cancel non-stock or special ordered parts may be denied. In order to cancel your order for a non-stock or special ordered part, we must be able to cancel with our supplier. If the item is in transit to us, or directly to you, we may not be able to honor your request to cancel.

 Returned Check Process Mr. Appliance has a zero tolerance policy regarding returned checks.  Persons who submit checks to for payment that are subsequently returned for insufficient funds, stopped payment, inability to locate, etc. will be in danger of having their account turned over to a collection agency. If a check is returned the customer will be responsible for paying the full amount of the check that was returned as well as a MANDATORY $25.00 returned check fee.  Payment must be received within 10 business days of being notified of a returned check. 
The only acceptable forms of payments for returned checks are cash, money order, cashier's check, or credit card. 

 NON-REFUNDABLE DIAGNOSTIC FEE We charge a non-refundable service fee (the “Diagnostic Fee”) for all non-warranty visits to Customer’s residence or business. The Diagnostic Fee will be quoted to you prior to our visit. The fee covers costs incurred by us for travel and the performance of diagnostic services by a trained Mr. Appliance technician. By accepting the Service Order, you acknowledge and agree to a) to pay the Diagnostic Fee in full whether Mr. Appliance performs recommended repairs or not; and b) that the Diagnostic Fee will be credited toward the cost to repair in the event that Customer agrees to have Mr. Appliance perform the recommended repair or replacement.
