    I paid him on 3/13/24. I told him the color of siding I wanted on 3/18. I called him on 4/17 after not hearing back from the text I sent, and he messaged me back on 4/18 saying that they would try to be here on 4/19.On 5/6 he came to the house and toor off the siding on the side of the house before ever purchasing the siding. He sent me photos of areas that would need to be replaced because of rot and that there would be an additional charge. This left areas of my back of my house with openly exposed insulation and wood. In this time period, there were multiple consecutive days of rain. I have seen these exposed areas undergo warping of the wood and degredation of the particle board. On 5/16, I called and got no response or return call, and 5/18 I texted and 5/19 I called and left a message to which I did not get a response until 5/20. I relayed my worries about the house on 5/21 with no response. On 5/28, I messaged and asked if there was an update on the siding, and he said that they were there on the Friday to take down more siding. I asked him on the same day for the day he was coming so I knew I could leave it unlocked. I messaged again for updates on 6/4, called on 6/10 and 6/11, and texted again on 6/11 when I got no response. I called him twice on June 13, he messaged me that his phone had not been charging and he was planning to come back to finnish on Tuesday or Wednesday(6/18-6/19) to remove the sun room siding. He asked if the area was still exposed and if I could send a picture, which I did imediately. He said he would make it his priority to stop by between 6/13 and 6/15 to fix those areas. I messaged him on 6/15 when he did not show up. His response was "I apologize you were on my list for first thing in the morning. I thought I sadi Thursday to Sunday". He did not show up on Sunday. He also did not show up Tuesday or Wednesday. I called him 3 times on 6/19 when he didn't show up, and so far today have called 4 times.
