      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by OnSIP. My experience with your company has been marked by significant issues and a complete lack of accountability.In August 2023, my services with OnSIP were transferred to ******** and it was confirmed that my OnSIP services were canceled. However, to my dismay, I discovered that OnSIP continued to charge me for services that were no longer being rendered. Despite numerous attempts to rectify this situation by contacting your customer service team, I was met with sheer incompetence and disregard for my concerns.Not only did OnSIP fail to cancel my services as promised, but they also continued to charge me without my consent. This is a blatant violation of trust and ethical business practices. When I finally managed to speak with a representative, I was informed that I would only be refunded for three months of service, despite the fact that I never received any services during this time period.To add insult to injury, when I attempted to follow up on this matter, I was met with hostility and disrespect. On multiple occasions, your customer service representatives hung up on me and dismissed my grievances without offering any viable solutions.This level of negligence and mistreatment is unacceptable. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and integrity. It is evident that OnSIP has failed to uphold these basic standards.I demand a full refund for all charges incurred after the cancellation of my services.
