On 4/16/23 I gave ***************************************** a check in the amount of $17062.50 for demo of my master bathroom, a concrete slap in my yard, replace, a shed door and a water temp fluctuation valve. I was supposed to receive brushed nicked hardware fixtures in the bathroom but received plain cheap silver colored fixtures and the shower beauty plate is too small. The floor tiles are not evenly spaced on the floor, the sink and vanity both are cracked and water leaks from the shower glass door onto the floor when in use. The walls in the bathroom are very uneven and the paint job is not the right color. the shed door and the water fluctuation valve were not installed. My wife and I went away on vacation on April 24th and left the key to our home with *********** with the clear understand that the work would be completed no later than by April 28th. Today being August 18th and the project is currently 112 days still incomplete. Numerous calls to ***** with promises to correct the deficiencies have yet to be addressed. Most of my phone calls and texts were not answered. I do not want him back at my home furthermore I want a refund of at least $10,000 to correct the horrible work that has been done to my home. Any assistance that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I learned over the last few weeks that CMF Construction has cheated other customers out of thousands and thousands of dollars as he did me.

The contractor we hired for home construction as part of a larger contract was to install a sliding glass door in the back of our kitchen at ************************, Newtown PA ******* who completed the initial work in Dec 2022. The sliding glass back door does not lock. I have been in communication with him since June 10th, 2023 about resolving the problem. He came over 3 times for a total of about 25 minutes, and tried to fix it, unsuccessfully. Over the past two months he has had 8 No-Show-No Calls. He does not appear to want to or be able to fix the problem. I would like this address in a timely manner. 8 no-call no-shows are completly unacceptable. He needs to make this right in a timely and professional manner. He can either fix it himself in 2 weeks, replace the entire door so it works, pay for someone else to fix the problem or reinstall the door. He has been given multiple opportunities to address the issue.
