    Flights and hotel were booked with Travel Impressions (booking #********) on May 31, 2021 for travel beginning on August 21, 2021. Flights were on ***** and some legs on their partner, ********.I am filing this complaint on behalf of my client, got to the airport 3 hours in advance, ***** could not issue his boarding pass due to the flight schedule not updated in *****/********'s system, and the ticket not reissued by the ticketing agency, Travel Impressions (TI). I contacted TI immediately notifying them of the issue, and was told ******** didn't reissue the ticket and there was nothing TI could do. The ***** supervisor at the airport was also not able to do anything. My client was willing to reschedule his flights; however the TI agent told me there was nothing they could do with the ticket because it was under airport control - they couldn't change it, reschedule, or anything else. Since he was approaching his flight departure time, he had to enact his Travel Cancellation so he would not be recorded as a "no show" and would be refunded the cost of the trip. With less than a half hour to his scheduled flight departing, we canceled the reservation. He had to purchase another flight on his own, this time booking directly with United, costing $2200+. And since ****** was fully booked for his return, he had to book with ********* to return, costing $1100+. He also had to rebook the 4 nights hotel that canceled with the origianl TI booking, incurring another $570 out of pocket expense. Bottomline is the client, ************************, is out of pocket more than $3870 through no fault of his own or mine, because TI failed to reissue his ticket. He did receive $1396 from travel insurance he purchased with his original booking. He is asking to be reimbursed $2475 to cover the difference he paid, plus the cost of his travel insurance. We have appealed to TI and been sent from department to department without resolution for almost a year.
