    My HVAC and Furnace broke down in July. The owner Eric C********* charged me 1000 to clean the coils. Then he charged me 825 to try another way to fix the unit which did not work. He then claimed we had to replace the units which would cost an additional 6400. I wrote him a check for that amount after I had to take out a loan. My sister and I have called him several times in order to get the repairs done. At first he had a lot of excuses, now he won't even pick up his phone. We even went to the address on record but no one answered the door. I turned a claim into my home owner's insurance and was informed that I only needed to replace the circuit board which costs around 300. I have given Eric C********* many opportunities to make this right but he refuses to cooperate.

    Horrible experience. He sold me a used Air Handler claiming it was new as I had paid for a new one, put in a heat pump which he did not know how to install, threw away a whole house air humidifier without my permission, (I have paperwork to prove all these claims - even from the ************** itself) I called him to explain the systems were not working I have videos of the noise they were making and why I had to shut them off as my neighbor complained of the noise. He came back a couple of times but was very rude and disrespectful. After four months of trying to get things fixed he stopped responding to me telling me he was in the red with my job. I told him I am out a lot of money and do not have heat! I had to buy small heaters to put through out my house to keep thigs from freezing, .Having a three year labor warranty I did not want to call in another contractor but I finally had to call in someone else who had to fix the pump which he did not install correctly and replace the Air Handler which was two years old and did not match the pump. I filed a claim with the Attorney General to get my money back and he would not settle so I went through the courts. I had to go to court four times as he never showed up but filed appeals until I finally got a verdict which I now have to chase him down to get my money back. I lost a lot of money and days of work. He took advantage of an older single woman who did not know about electrical heating systems (I had bought a new house). It was an awful, horrible experience for me - very frustrating and stressful - which has still not been resolved. He is not a honorable person and I would not let my worst enemy hire him.
