  If I were to advise a friend on dual citizenship support, I would strongly recommend they partner with My Italian Family! I am extremely grateful for My Italian Family's expertise and guidance through my dual citizenship application process. I have been a "Start to Finish" customer over the last (almost) 2 years and am pleased to have had my citizenship recognized this week. I appreciate the efficiency, organization, and knowledge that *** provided and CANNOT imagine how my process would have looked without their support. I will say that one element of my application was not included as expected due to some personnel changes on the *** team, but when this came to light, ****** and team immediately reacted to rapidly understand the root cause and resolve the situation, doing the right thing to fully support me.

  My Italian Family has been an extremely proficient guide through the citizen application process. The are expert in all the details and circumstances and have provided the guidance I needed to create a comprehensive package. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail to ensure that I had all the proper documents and that I had them assembled in the proper order. They are very thorough and were able to provide every answer that came up during the process. I am very detail oriented in my own work and they earned my great confidence that they could match my own level of detail. The result was that I was able to submit my application with much less anxiety and concern than it I had tried to do all this myself. It was well worth it to trust them. I highly recommend them as your guide through the process from Start to Finish.

  We have worked with My Italian Family LLC over the last several years. They were excellent all the way through the entire process. I would point out that in particular, ******* was extremely supportive and responsive. In fact, we had let some things fall through the cracks on our end, and as a result, were pressed with an extremely tight timeline. ******* and team jumped into action and guided us through each and every step, allowing us to meet the timeline.If you are looking at pursuing Italian citizenship, I would highly recommend using My Italian Family LLC!!

  I cannot thank the staff at My Italian Family enough for their work and support over that last 2-1/2 years helping me with my citizenship journey. I had my long-awaited appointment last week in ******* and could not have felt better prepared. The documentation that had been gathered was spot-on and I was able to simply pull documents from my file as they were requested and hand them over the the examining officer. I must add that, had I tried to do this on my own, there is no way I would have ever gotten this far. The attention to detail throughout the process has been amazing; I went into my appointment knowing that every "i" had been dotted and every "t" crossed and it showed. I can wholeheartedly say that anyone considering a professional service to help them along on their journey towards Italian citizenship would be making a serious mistake not to engage the My Italian Family staff as part of their process. The organization and staff have my absolute highest recommendation.

  My Italian Family is the Best! They helped me and my adult children gain our dual Italian citizenship recently. We could not be happier... and so glad they assisted us.
  
  They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, and there every step of the way for your journey. There is a lot of documentation gathering, prep work, translation, filings, etc., I could never have done all that alone...
  
  Also, I had a few challenging issues re: a name change from my deceased mother, and they took that issue and got it resolved! Again, this saved me a lot of time.

  I have been working with My Italian Family on and off for over 5 years in my pursuit of dual Italian citizenship. They've provided helpful suggestions and valuable secondary contacts that helped me to reach my goal successfully. As I understand it, their organization is a small one, so if you don't receive an immediate response to your question, continue to be persistent and follow up as often as is necessary.

  While we are always grateful when past customers take the time to give us a review, we would like to clarify that Ms. Cirillo ONLY purchased a few "A la Carte" services in the past and was never a full Start-to-Finish customer. As one can expect, we cannot always respond on a timely basis when applicants choose to be do-it-yourselfers and are always asking for free advice. We are very excited for Ms. Cirillo now that she has received her Italian citizenship.

  I have never asked for anything for free from any business EVER. If a service is actually delivered I pay, and I resent any implication I did not. This particular business failed to bill me on more than one occasion when I requested a bill, so they simply need to buckle down and be more organized....and more customer centric. All paying customers are equal folks.

  Today I received my Italian passport. It was a 3.5-year process. I am glad I used My Italian Family (MIF) for the paperwork. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The process happened exactly as they said it would. I did research other providers and thought about doing this myself. From the first conversations I knew I was in good hands with MIF. I would highly recommend MIF.
