    I have had nothing but issues since purchasing my vehicle there on 5-19-25. My radio was supposed to be replaced and was never ordered. I also still do not have my vehicle registration. I keep getting the run around for this. I did go there last Thursday, July 10th, 2025, to get my new radio put in, and was there for 3 1/2 hours with no radio. It now has to go to a ********** dealership to get a new radio put in, but I have to wait anywhere from two to four months for this to happen. I received a letter in the mail for a refund for my Vehicle Registration. It was supposed to be submitted online and never was. I have reached out to my districts State House Representative. They tried to see where this was, and it was never even submitted! This is not a good place to go, and not how you should be running a business. I would never recommend this place to anyone for buying a car. There were some people there who were very helpful and frustrated along with me during all of this. If you do have to go there for any service needs on your vehicle, ask for ******** or *****. My salesperson ****** ***** has been very helpful in trying to get me answers as well.

    Took my deposit for one car, to be delivered shortly, then bait and switched for another car to be delivered in 1 month, then bait and switched that to 2 months, and when I found another vehicle with another dealer, refused to return my deposit. ****** when giving deposit.
