Refund and Exchange Policy

A client may cancel their contract with Eiseman Construction before midnight of the third business day after signing and receiving the said contract. If a client wishes to cancel their contract, they must complete one of the following:

Mail or send a signed and dated written notice of cancellation by registered or certified mail. Please request a return receipt.

Personally deliver a signed and dated written notice of cancellation to 110 South Sand Road, New Britain, PA 18901. Please request a return receipt.

If a client cancels a contract within the three business days as specified above, they are entitled to a full refund of any deposits given. Refunds must be made within 10 business days of the contractor's receipt of the cancellation notice.
