    I am only doing 1 star because there is not a zero or negative way to review. I have ordered antibiotics from this company for quite some time with no complaints until this order. I made the order on 1-8 and now on 1-20 I still don't have the order. It wasn't even shipped until 1-14 and I paid extra to have it shipped faster. I have emailed several times concerned because I haven't received the order until this morning the most rude, disrespectful and outright hateful woman called me, told me off and refunded my order after I have waited since 1-8 for the antibiotics. Obviously, I could have given my business to someone else from the beginning and since it was an antibiotic order I obviously needed to have the medication for my animals. I have my own business, and I have never and would never under any circumstances' talk so rude and disrespectfully to one of my clients. This morning, I have already ordered the same product from another company, with overnight shipping and saved over $20. Unfortunately, I needed these antibiotics or I wouldn't have ordered them to start with. Not under any circumstances would I ever advise anyone to order from this company. I was given the opportunity to review them on their website which was not accepted. If you go on their website and look at reviews, they only accept reviews that are 4 start which is very misleading to potential clients but withholding reviews that are not 100 positive.
