    This business is a consignment auction house. I consigned with them and dropped off 2 truck loads of items for an auction on June 29th, 2025. I received 1 check for $200+ and another check for 3.50. I sent a message to him on 8/29 asking where all my items were and I said I felt he deceived me and I wanted to come get my items. He called me on 9/1 and said he still had many of my items and he would be putting them out in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Nothing has been put out for auction and I messaged him again on 10/2 and he never answered me. I think this business sold my items and kept the profits.

    Hello,

    ***** **** consigned with us in June of 2025. She was told that all her items will not go out at the same time and would be sold a various auctions. Some items were sold in July and August, both check were sent out, The $200+ check was cashed Check #**** and the other is Ck#****. We also sold items in two October auctions which will be paid after the end of the month. I have a few boxes left of ******* items that will be sold on upcoming auctions. Attached or pictures of what is left. Any question please ask. Thank you
