    On May 20th, 2024, a man knocked on our door. He provided a business card and stated he works for Bucks Gutter Solutions. He said as a give back to the community in honor of memorial day and way to get positive reviews/word out there for his business, he was going around and offering to clean gutters for free with no catch, in exchange for sharing the photos of his work online so others can learn about his business. I agreed, I love supporting small local businesses and would be happy to help get his name out there on ************ Reviews, and ******************* groups I am active in. He finished the work in a couple of hours, and before he left I asked him to send over the pictures. He conveniently waited until he was no longer here to send them, and upon observation I noticed that our perfectly intact gutter guards were removed and gone. I then went to his website and noticed it is not available. I replied and asked where they went, and he said he meant to talk to me about that, removed them, and would come back next week to install. After rescheduling several times and him not showing up when we agreed on, I reached out again and asked when he could come. For that last message and all others sent after, none of my messages were being delivered and the phone number was no longer "in service" when I attempted to call. I called from my husbands phone and it went through which meant he blocked my number. We have tried to reach out to him several ways for the past month, but both of us are blocked. Having new gutter guards purchased and installed is incredibly expensive and we can't afford it right now. With recent storms and the trees around our house this is becoming a big concern. Our goal is to have him fix his error by installing gutter guards of equal value to what we had or have him cover the costs for these to be reinstalled, and hopefully spread awareness so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
