    Tnt never showed up to pick up our trash. They sent account holder an email saying trash would be delayed by one business day. Trash was put out per their instructions. I will be putting out all trash and at no additional cost. I can not and will not store thrash in my house or be limited to their bs restrictions of 3 extra bags. Admittedly they did offer to take extra bags, but let's be honest they never showed up. Respectfully they should take all the trash since they never showed up. I've already got 6 in the bin, that's my bins capacity, 6 11 gallon bags. I've got 6 in my house and I'm not keeping stinky trash in my house or outside so I can face fines for code violation. Either they take it all or come back for the rest at their expense since they neglected to do their job in the first place. How's it fair to pay for a service and then the company your paying doesn't deliver the service but gets to keep you money anyway ??

    Hello, on Monday January 15th we ran our normal routes and did not have a pushed back week due to the holiday. We did not send a notice through email to the customer as we don't send emailed notices and the week was not pushed back. Our driver noted that on January 16th the customer did not have the trash out. On January 23rd the customer was not charged for extra trash due to it not being out the week prior and we took all trash that was out.
