I've been going to Aspen Dental in Mount Pocono for a couple of years now. In the beginning I felt they were very perfessional. Over time I have had some issues. Like recently. It started when I was having some cavities filled. I was made aware there were one or teeth that might need a root canal. One tooth did. An Aspen dental dentist started the tooth and couldn't finish it. So I had a root canal done. Aspen dental was to do the crown. For over a year now it has yet To be done. I have meet with excuses and delay. The last dentist made excuses then finally admitted she doesn't like working on back teeth. Saying I couldn't control my tongue and my tongue might hit a dental tool and cause damage....my mouth is small. Just odd stuff. Today I was having my teeth cleaned I have an infection because no one would or could do my crown. I finally spoke to anther dentist who explained things and hopefully she'll be able to do the permanent crown. Or extract the tooth. I'm angry about all the foolishness and now an infection. Very frustrating in every way. I wish that Aspen dental was more professional in certain aspects. Some people are and some are not.
