I am being charged for services that were not rendered. ******** failed to pick up trash on multiple occasions. I placed several phone calls to address the issue. I was advised that my trash would not be picked up because I could not place it on the road. My trash can has never moved from its location and was being picked up just fine. It is a safety hazard to place the trash can on the road as my street is very narrow and I do not have a curb. I have a guardrail directly in front of me. The township even notified me that I could not have my trash can on the road because cars cant get through. I called ******** to cancel services and was told I still had to pay for services even though they have not been picking up the trash. The company came to pick up their trash bin and even dumped all the trash out of it to take the bin. I refuse to pay for services that were not received.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention as we were notified of a 1-star ****** Review and prefer to not post personal customer's accounts publicly.

I head up the HR and controller role at ********** and have completed a review of the account and spoke with those involved to clarify. Our services are pre-paid quarterly meaning that you are billed in advance every quarter. The quarter in which this issue has occurred is 08/01 - 10/31. If you note the account balance this account remains one full quarter behind in payments and has been one quarter behind the entire year. We do not make special exceptions for our customers to pay after ******************** are rendered. This is the same principle as other haulers. The requested amount of $98 can only be assumed as being based on the current balance that the customer is showing on their account. It should be noted that the current balance reflects a quarter behind and is not indicative of a refund owed. Any evening of "missed" trash was and continued to be due to a past due balance.

Regarding the location of the toter. The road allows for parking on one side of the road. Customers on that side do place their cans in the street, even with the vehicles. The opposite side of the street has a guardrail that both Wisneskis and the customer agree exists. ******** service allows for trash to be placed inside of the toter provided in a way that the lid can close and it is not excessive weight. We want to keep our workers safe and not strain over as guardrail (plus additional 3 steps) which can easily lend to injury. The health of our workers is #1 priority. The call(s) into the office about missed trash (again past due account) were not an attempt to pay the balance or place either on the curb, bottom of the steps or on the opposing side of the road to assist in keeping our crew safe. It was not constructive and therefore the customer quit service. No refund will be issued as the customer is technically past due on any service existing after 8/1/2025.

We do not wish to create a negative relationship with a member of our community. As such, we will not pursue the past due amount. In lieu of this, it is requested that the customer remove their ****** ****** review as it is both invalid and untruthful.
