      We paid ***************************** of R & R Tree Service 50% (1600$) in MARCH to cut our two trees down and grind the stumps as they were dead inside and posed a liability risk. One large walnut in the back and a maple in the front. After EIGHT EXCUSES and being condescending and rude towards me, when I tried to be nothing but professional. This job was quoted as a 2 day job. He repeatedly would lie about when he is showing up and then when he did show up the first day (Monday, 5/3) all he did was dump a pile of dirt in my front yard and cut vegetation down in my back yard. (This was bc in MARCH we said he could drive through the field bc it wasnt growing anything yet. However, after over 2 months later the government protected farm land is now being used so sorry, thats no longer allowed.) all that took 15 mins. Then they left. I was under the impression they were returning. I guess not. Not that he communicated anything to us EVER! Then yesterday (Tuesday 6/4) they did manage to work for almost 4ish hours. And left the front yard and the ***** looking TERRIBLE. They left for what I thought was lunch break, as they left large equipment in my yard. They did return.. but only to get their equipment and leave without saying anything! And then he wouldnt respond to my communications. And then this morning (Wednesday 6/5) he was refusing to come back and clean anything up. The new excuse was he was fixing the bucket truck, but you dont need that to grind a *****. For a job thats only supposed to take 2 days that was originally scheduled in March. And then to top it all off, he managed to break our ANTIQUE original lamppost from 1933 that was built original with our house. And he left and didnt say anything, and I noticed myself about an hour later looking out my window.
