    This business has been taking money from customers (including me) for preorders on consumer goods from the "**************". I had an $800+ pre-order from them (as a first wave order, YES FIRST WAVE) and had multiple waves of this order. They then figured they didn't receive enough product but promised customers they will be fulfilled in the coming month.. MONTHS.. banks do not allow chargebacks between 2-3 months of a purchase. This was in March 2025, it is now October 2025 and have yet received my refund or product because now they changed into a "brick-and-mortar" store and no longer doing online orders. Customers who lashed out were blocked and unsuccessful on receiving a refund which is THEFT and FRAUD! They had to shut down their website due to the charge backs on their ******* store, but will continue business now again and recently on a different website. Yet I haven't received my refund and am being polite because I do not want to get robbed like others have been already. Even cancelling orders they take a "restock" fee when they can't even "restock" products they don't have. BLATANT THEFT! 10 Months of waiting and promised product just to be abandoned and robbed. This is all on a Discord server they run themselves! Also, they apparently had a delivery truck stolen with all their product at one point and still promised our product (July 2025). Too many red flags and false coincidences. Keep in my mind, he will still be receiving the product later but because it shot up in after-market price he will no longer promise the original product and will be selling at after-market price. Now his employees also remove my messages for a complaint and have announced that *** (The Owner) has announced that there is no longer a online store.. but is still working on a new website? Anyway, I suggest pursuing action. My Order# was done on the application "SHOP". Thank you!
