      I bought two wiis from DkOldies and they were so durty and not referbished at ALL. They claim to refurbish all consoles and I bought one in "good" condition after watching videos seeing them clean and "refurbish consoles." That's a marketing ploy as I received not one but two dirty, unopened, not refurbished in anyway consoles with a sticker on the back. They claim if I take the sticker off and try to clean it out myself it will void the warrenty? Weird cause it's against US law to do that. I had high hopes for this company but was ultimately highly disappointed

If you are having trouble with your replacement, please contact me at ******************** as you are still covered under our 1 year warranty! Opening your console to clean it will not void your warranty, however tampering or modifying it will. I hope this helps clarify!       Bought a Nintendo 64, it wouldn't read any of the 20+ games I own half the time. Console was dirty and banged up internally and externally. Was far from what they call " refurbished ". After looking into this more I have seen multiple people on reddit and YouTube all saying they are having the same problems with this comoany lately. I would take your money elsewhere if you want an actual refurbished retro console.

      Excellent product support! I've purchased several old game cartridges from them and all except one was in excellent condition. When I vocalized my concerns with the one cartridge I was not happy with they moved quickly to find a resolution. I highly recommend this store!

      Great after the fact customer service! We bought a vintage Gameboy. A couple months later the screen developed a line of dead pixels across the screen. A simple email with a picture of the problem had a new replacement headed our way with a return shipping label. We couldn’t have been happier! We didn’t have to wait to return the old one to get a new one, which our son really enjoyed not being without the unit. They went above and beyond and I just wanted to let people know to buy without fear…their 120 day warranty is good to go. No fuss, no muss, just good old customer service!

      DKOLDIES had everything I wanted i stock and is shipping it out today! I was even more happy they had a game I had been searching for and couldn't find it (cars on ps2) and they not only had it. But at a fair price! I'll be back, and forgot to mention the awesome service for customers!

      Super amazing store! Great customer service and they provide tons of assistance when needed. Everyone here is super nice and their products come in great shape. The prices might be slightly higher than your local game store but those local stores don't often have every title you are looking for and they certainly don't come with a warranty!

      I recently purchased some products and had them delivered today to me in Denmark. Unfortunately, a few of the products, the cartridges, that I had ordered did not fit with the console that I had acquired them for.
      But fortunately, I was lucky enough to get support from Jesse. Jesse showed a complete understanding of my situation, clearly explained what the problem was, and presented me with the various opportunities that were available to me. Jesse was very polite and sent me specific detailed instructions on how I could return the cartridges, and given the situation offered to pay for the shipping costs.
      Overall I received the most amazing service that I had in a long while, and if I could give Jesse more than five stars then I absolutely would. Nothing short of fantastic!
