            In April of 2022 I purchased the Nuna REVV carseat, 2-3 months later it started rattling. Now that I've had it a year, it rattles so loud, with or without my child in it. The seat shakes and appears to be very unstable. I contacted Nuna customer service only to be told it was "normal" and to "add weight" to the carseat when my child wasn't in it. While not only is this ridiculous, it isn't even a solution, as it rattles just the same with my child in the seat. I'd consider it unsafe to have heavy objects in my car anyways, in the event of an accident, to fly around my car. This itself could cause injury. The carseat was purchased for around $650, and because it is unsafe, I'll have to throw it out. I can't trust that the seat will stay attached to its base in an accident. I will need to purchase a safe seat, as I don't trust this one. Video/pictures were sent to Nuna proving the carseat problems as well. No offer was made to inspect the seat for defects.             The customer service is ridiculous!!!! Basically their warranty policy is for you to pray before you open the box that all the parts all okay because if not you’re going to go thru hell to try to resolve the problem. Even with me showing the issue what’s wrong side by side with the other stroller without the issue they still tried to convince me that that’s how it supposed to look like. For the amount of money you spend they should definitely invest in a better customer service and warranty. Last time I’m buying their product ! No return, no exchange, no money back no help ! Shame on you Nuna!
