I have been reviewing texts and mailings daily about a car that I do not own. The mailings are also going to my fathers house. I have asked multiple times for this to stop and it continues. I blocked the number and they still keep coming in different phone numbers. I called to address issue. I asked to speak to manager and was not allowed then I was hung up on. I want these daily messages to stop.

I leased a 2024 *** **6 GT Line. I was told that I was getting multiple rebates and money somewhere around $12,000 off the vehicle. I traded in a 2015 *** that was in great condition and they agreed to pay off the loan on that vehicle which they did. They never told me that they were rolling over negative equity to my new loan. Then the lease was signed and they priced the car at $61,000. I was told that there were multiple charging stations throughout our city and I did not need a to have an at home charging station because I have no garage and on street parking. I pay *** $977 a month on a three year lease for a vehicle that is only MSRP at $35,000. I can not rely on the vehicle to go anywhere far because even though it says I have 300 miles on a 100% charge it is not the case at all. I took a trip that was 120 miles one way and had to stop and find charge my car twice on the way. Then they also told me that the vehicle was eligible for the ** tax credit which would go towards the principal of my loan and significantly lower my monthly payment. The 2024 *** **6 is not eligible for any ** Tax credit. Also a few months ago I tried to have a friend at another dealership buy the lease off me to help me get out of it. The *** regional manager in my area refused to let them buy out my lease. They have continually not fulfilled promises or follow through with their promises delivered at purchase. There are limited locations in **** to charge this vehicle.

I just read that now the state of ************, is raising the registration on electric vehicles to $400 a year. Because we do not pay emissions or use gas.

I purchased a 2021 Kia ****** from Performance Kia in October 2022 with a warranty. My car broke down in ************* on 2/3/2025 & was towed to the closest *** Dealership. They are currently working with the warranty company to diagnose & fix the problem. The dealership believes I need a new motor. They have had my car for 11 days & still do not know what is wrong. I am also on a loaner list at the dealership in ************ (which is almost 2 hours from where I live) but no cars are available. I contacted Performance Kia of Moosic to see if they could give me a loaner since I am struggling to find ways to & from work & this is my fourth vehicle from this dealership. The service department would not help me at all & were rude. I asked for the service manager & was told he was not there but they took my ************* & said he would call me the next day. That was 9 days ago & he has not called me. Their customer service is awful. They do not care about loyal *** customers. All I want is a loaner vehicle so I can get to work. I can't even get a return phone call.

20 December: Upon bringing my vehicle in for a state inspection. The Performance Kia Representative came to me stating that the vehicle would **************** Inspection unless I got new tires. Mind tires are completely unrelated to emission testing and that was only done as a scare tactic in order for me to purchase product through them. They then provided me an option (the only one as I felt trapped without another method of transportation if they didnt return my vehicle) to ***lace the front two tires, although, they were ***laced on November 21st. They claimed the tread was bald and there was a bubble on the tires and did not offer to show me, although I was very skeptical I felt trapped with absolutely no option but to succumb to their sale. After providing me a price around $43# and me telling them I cant afford that he then offered a finance option which I ultimately had to accept. Upon entering the details for the financing, he stated that for the tires, alignment and inspection the price will be about $650 and then began the financing option for that amount. He never ran a receipt to confirm any of the pricing, nor asked if I wanted the alignment, in addition to charging me for a state inspection that Performance Kia advertises as free if the vehicle was purchased from here. This is all in addition that during the purchase process, the sales *** refused to disclose the sale price of my vehicle, even after asking multiple times. I do know that they were running a promotion at the time, but by never disclosing the final price it easily allowed them to falsify the deal amount in their favor.Even looking now at their profile on the Better Business Bureaus (BBB) website I see that have a F rating with numerous complaints and the vast majority of them being unanswered.I understand that I was scammed at this place and just want this place to cease its predatory practices.

Purchasing a new car on 10/26/24. Negotiated a price of ****** for a 2025 Kia ********* with MSRP of $39,500. Negotiated trade in price of $5,600 for my vehicle. Sales person agreed to these amounts, stating "we have a deal" I initialed these agreed amounts on their form, which I do have a copy of. I gave them $20,000 deposit, plus my trade in. After tax and tags, I was expecting to be finance approx. $14,000 for 3 years. The actual contract was written up for a purchase price of $39,986, trade in of $4,100, with financing amount of $21,340.69. I went back to the dealer the next business day 10/28 in an attempt to correct these errors. The Sales Manager acknowledged they errored on the trade in value on the contract, but not the sales price, and was not willing to adjust. I argued I would not have purchased at that sales price and attempted to return the vehicle. They would not accept it, writing a letter that the "contract is signed and executed *******. Additional I was advised an extended warranty would be $600, that is written up as $2,500. Yes, I signed the contract, but under false assumption they were being honest and were using the rates I okayed on the negotiated forms.

I had the motor replaced in my 2014 ***********, after it seized, due to a *** ******* Since the motor was replaced, its been 1 issue after the next. I dislike going to this dealership for repairs, as I do not feel they are competent, however I finally broke down in December of 2023 and took the car there. There were things wrong, as well as recall issues that needed addressed. I paid this place almost $2,000 for the work completed. Take my car elsewhere for tires, and was told ******************** tighten the engine mount bolts. Called them, bring it back. They fought with my husband, were completely rude, and told him to not return. Fast forward, my car still didnt seem RIGHT. Took it to my local REPUTABLE shop this week, and am told the sway bars Performance Kia installed are BACKWARDS. I have photo proof and info from the local shop. I call Performance Kia to speak to someone with authority, and am transferred to the Service Manager. Hes pretty helpful, but not super. They want to see the car, probably so they can hide their mistake. I also now have issues with the front CV joints, which were FINE when they installed the sway bar INCORRECTLY. Im still doing research to see who I can contact from this joke of a place. Im also contacting *** directly. What a bunch of incompetent people.

I set up an oil change with this service station for *** for my 2022 *** ******** When I made the appointment I was told it would be $59.99. I made the appointment and got a confirmation email. This was 1 week before the service date. The day before I received another confirmation email, suggesting if I couldnt make it let them know. No mention of a change in price. Morning of another confirmation email. No mention of a price change. When I checked in, no mention of a price change. Once I was there a couple minutes and they moved my car they came over and said due to changes in oil prices we need to charge you $20 more so, *****. That is a BAIT AND SWITCH. And it is illegal. I would like the $20 difference back. If you are going to change the quoted price you do that in the confirmation emails or at the least when you guest checks in. That is a slimey and walks the line of being an illegal way to do business. Not to worry I wont be back but will definitely share my experience on social media

I recently went to performance kia on January 31st 2024 looking at leasing a new car. I use to have a ****** before this and had it only 3 months. I received a letter from *** saying we want to buy your lease from you and you can walk away from ****** with a new car. My ****** payment were higher than I wanted so I figured this was a good idea to take a look. I called *** stating I was looking for a car at $500 a month *** and $1500 down payment they agreed so I came down. Almost immediately they will take your keys and put them in a back room with a manager where they will stay the whole time. They then were immediately showing cars out of my budget I gave and then said sorry you can't lease you have to buy and they went on saying this multiple times being the sales rep and the manager. They knew I never bought as I told them this multiple times so I didn't have any knowledge and they took advantage of that and kept pushing to buy. Multiple times while there I asked for my keys and I'd come back which they said okay but instead came back with a new car and a new price on that car. When they finally showed me the car I ended up buying just so I can get away from there they never informed me that the ****** they bought from me wasn't paid off completely and they added 5k to my total for the car. I ended up leaving with the car and that night I noticed the inspection on the car they sold me had NJ stickers and not PA ones. The car just arrived on their lot and wasn't even out of service when they sold it to me. The car never had any price sticker on it as it didn't even go to the lot yet so they were able to charge whatever they wanted. *** charged me 33k for the car and with interest it will be 43k. I told *** I wanted to use **** of america and get pre-approved for the car and they wouldn't allow me. I went to ****** to try and trade the car which I found the car is only worth 16k this company charged double since I didn't know what I was buying

I took my car in on December 28th for engine recall related issues, I mentioned a tapping noise coming from the engine and a plastic burning smell. They acknowledged the noise coming from my cars engine but didnt look into it, instead they did some software upgrades and sent me on my way. On January 12 my car shut off completely 4 times while driving. I set up an appointment in the appointment listing told them what was wrong again and had my car towed there. They had my car for almost 24 hours and said my car was leaking oil they think its from a gasket they didnt repair this gasket. They charged me ****** since its ****** an hour for them working on my car on something not covered under warranty and 4 liters of oil. I pick up my car, notice that theres a plastic piece of the dashboard panel just sitting on the passenger seat, get 3 ft away and the check engine light comes on. I called performance Kia, told them what was going on was told to bring the car back and they said it maybe something with the engine they werent sure I could replace a part for $50 but they would have to take the engine apart to look into further or they could just reset a code. Now they claimed they did a full inspection of my car, the tech was looking into the engine how did the not fix the first problem and how did they not notice a second problem? There is a recall on the engine and I feel as tho they are trying to get out of honoring the recall on the engine and warranty I also feel like they charged me for work that was not done.
