    We had ordered windows from Windowworld and they were to be installed March 17. Upon the workers crew arriving they discovered that our sales person ordered the wrong window in our kitchen as well as ordered one shutter plug instead of the hundred they need to put the shutters back on. Because of this they left the shutters off of our house for almost 2 months. They said they use a local supplier and it would only take a week to get the plugs in but they did not come back until the beginning of May. There was lots of rain and in in two month which caused water to get all aspects of our have have a damage when they finally came back to put it on they didnt care what we had to say about the water damage. I have tried many times to call and complain but the lady that answers the phone is extremely standoffish and doesnt seem to care. Now in July, four months after our brand new $16,000 windows were installed two of them are leaking water. And of course when I called the office the lady again talk to me like I was an idiot asking me questions in a condescending manner and not really doing anything about it. So for $16,000 which they didnt give us anything off because of the fact that the shutters were off of our house for two months theres water damage in all of our siding because of the shutters being off of our house for two months and there being holes where the shutters were they expect us to pay the full amount and dont really care that we werent given the full service that we paid for. I feel like if I am paying $16,000 for brand new windows I shouldnt get the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life my house shouldnt get water damage and those brand new windows should not leak water not even after four months. I feel like we should be given a grave discount and not me to pay the full amount when they clearly did not give us the full service that we paid for. They are not helpful and I need your help.
