    My boyfriend purchased a Microblading session from Groupon for my Christmas present.I took a half day from work today and drove 45 minutes to the location. When I arrived, the owner told me that I was not eligible for the procedure. She told me that I should process a return with Groupon to get a refund - she said that I would get a full refund. I questioned if I would get Groupon Bucks or the money would be refunded to his card. She said the money would be refunded to his card. I was uncomfortable doing this without speaking to ***************** I tried to call but then realized the ************************ team is now online. She said that I just had to 'really look' for the phone number. I began to get suspicious and said I wanted to cancel my appointment and leave. She then told me if I canceled with groupon she would honor that same rate. I told her again I was uncomfortable and she said if I did not get the service I would be charged $25.00 for my consultation. I did not receive a consultation. After I questioned her for this charge she stated that I would be charged $75.00 if I did not pay the $25.00 for "missing my appointment." I am very frustrated not only that I missed half of my work day and drove 1.5 hours total for this appointment, but also that I now had to pay an additional $25.00. I do not recommend.
