  I purchased a shed with Tuscarora structures October 16 and gave them a $2000 deposit at this time I was told that the structure would have a lifetime warranty and it would come within 3-4 weeks. After putting down $2000 in deposits and asking for the warranty information they change the warranty to only a five year manufacturers warranty. Coming up onto the three week Mark I asked them what the status of the shed was they had told me they have yet to start it and I would not be getting it in the agreed timeframe. After some compromises with upgrading the Floor to pressure treated two work with the inconvenience I received the Shed yesterday November 20th around 10:30 in the morning. When inspecting the shed there was damage to the trim that they did touchup but I had notice that some of the shingles had to lift it up I was told they would go flat under the sun. They had me sign some paperwork stating the shed was in satisfactory condition I was also on the phone with the town at that time and was not able to read over the paperwork as he was rushing me to sign the paperwork. I have some issues with gaps in the floor and windows and doors and there is a latch that is defective on the shed I have tried to reach out to Tuscarora but they have told me that they have other customers that are trying to purchase sheds that they are dealing with currently and have yet to resolve this issue I was told by the gentleman when doing the paperwork if I had any issues after delivery it to reach out to them and they have ignored all my phone calls and my messages through social media. They were very quick to call me back to get my payment for the shed but the moment I make a payment in full I get ignored and I have a five year warranty with this company. The shed was put together crappy there was some damage on the bottom and not all of the floorboards were actually nailed into the beams I had pointed out to them while it was still on the truck. I just want my shed fixed thankyou

  This building was built exactly to the customers specifications. All areas of the building are completed to the highest industry standards. We reached out to the customer and offered to pick up the building in exchange for a full refund. Customer did not respond.

  The customer complaints are not valid. She purchased a portable storage shed and is expecting the finish of a house. 
  1. All architectural shingles are asphalt. Naturally the adhesive is activated in the heat. There is no defect there.
  2. Small gaps in the floor are normal, especially with pressure treated flooring. This is a storage shed and the product is a subfloor product that is standard across the shed industry, not a finish grade laminate. 
  3. After looking at the pictures of the latch, it is fully functional and not at all defective. 
  4. There will always be a few missed nails in a subfloor between the plywood and the joists. This does not alter the structural integrity of the floor. 
  5. The windows are shed grade not house grade. Single pane aluminum. 
  A neighbor there during the delivery stated that the building was beautiful and built to the highest standards. 
  We offered to pick up the building if she is not happy with it and giver her a full refund, but have not heard back.

  I have yet gotten any email or call or text from the shed company. I want my shed fixed as the shed was not placed correctly on the wood blocks they placed under it. I also have a 5 year warranty and can not get them to respond to any of my messages in regards to concerns of craftsmans ship I was never given an option to get my money back or to return the shed. I want them to do the repairs as the shed was not properly assembled. They are not allowed on my property until I give them permission. I already paid my credit card bill off so a refund is useless to me and getting another shed is not an option anymore since they closed out my application for the town with this shed. I want Tuscarora to respond to my email or calls going forward and to hold up on their end of the purchase in regards to the issues and the 5 year warranty I get with the purchase of their structure.

  Also noticed the shed was not properly placed on the blocks they used.

  Here is the 5 year warranty I got with the purchase of the shed and I want to be sure they will stand behind it and the issues of the shed currently

  We've reached out to the customer to have a contractor fix the repairs and she rejected that resolution. 

  We've also offered to give her a full refund and return the building. She rejected that resolution as well.

  After reaching out to the Better Business Bureau they finally reached out to me they wanted to send out a third-party handyman to just come look at the shed they did not offer for this person to do any repairs I did not accept this as a resolution because I'm not having someone who is not insured on the property. My business was done with Tuscarora not a third-party so I do not want a third-party working on the shed since they are not licensed or insured. All I want is someone from Tuscarora to come out and do the repairs since there are gaps in the windows and doors, a loose floorboard and the shed has not been properly placed on the block they provided I just want those quick repairs done by someone who is insured and employed by Tuscarora . Thank you.

  I have continuously tried to reach out to Tuscarora structures and they have yet to respond back to me the only time they communicate is through the Better Business Bureau portal. The statements they have put on here are not accurate. They are not doing what our original contract had and they are not honoring their 5 year warranty for construction.

  I have purchased a shed with a warranty for five years with Tuscarora structures I have paid almost 12,000 for the structure. There are some manufacturing issues and I do have a five year manufacturer warranty I have reached out to the business multiple times and they want to send out a third-party handyman to handle their warranty which should be done by Tuscarora. In the warranty paperwork there was no mention of a third-party handyman being used for warranty work. The shed was delivered with issues they stated that if I had noticed any issues after it being delivered to reach out to them after giving them the final payment they have stopped all communication until I filed a complaint they did try to negotiate by having a third-party contractor come out after no success I’m finally giving into having them send out a third-party handyman to come out even though it was never stated that that’s the way they would handle their warranty result I do have a five year warranty that they are I’m not abiding to that was part of my purchase. I would like Tuscarora structures to finish up the job that I had paid for and to a hair to their five year manufacturer warranty that was part of my purchase because right now I only got half of my purchase which was only the shed not the warranty because they are not honoring it and they are just ignoring any type of communication . Here is the paperwork from **** the owner of Tuscarora stating that I do have a five year warranty on the shed and it is still valid
