      we moved into **************** june 10th 2023. we moved up from ******* and applied for what we had seen in pictures and in tour we were given. neither of what we saw was what we moved into. they said we would get placed in a different apartment in a few days since they never had ours ready in time. but nothing ever happened and we ended up stuck there til family moved up and helped us to get into a better apartment. a month into living here our ** went out for the bed rooms so for a year and a half we had no ** for most of the house and it didnt reach from the living room to the rest. our toddler had to sleep in a 80 degree room. our water heater went out due to a leak and ruined the carpeting of a big area outside the bathroom. they never fixed what water damage could have been under that carpet. pictured u can see the kitchen counter stained and not what is in the picture from the listing at all. also pictured is the nasty stuff that came out of the ** units claimed to "not be" black mold. my husband was going through chemo living here with possible mold issues. They sent us a bill for our move out of ******* which included things that were that way since move in. The only thing we did on the whole list was the blinds from having cats. I would like to get some of the ******* they got in security deposit with pet and for us back but they wont even call me back.

      Denied my application due to legitimate reasons and told me if I had a cosigner with no record, a credit score over 600 and an additional fee, implied I would be approved with a perfect cosigner after paying for their application fee; only to deny me after such requests were fulfilled
