    See attachment's regarding the response from customer service after the complaint was file; my daughter received the Sensory cushion on 6/7/24. e manufacturer in April, and they generally ship our orders quickly. I'm not sure why this is taking so long. All the best,***** I wanted the pillow for my grandson who has autism and could help with his sensory issues especially the vibration. Two months is a very long time to wait. When looking at my order online it reads the order is complete which it is not, I believe when an item is on backorder it should read "incomplete order". This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Fun and Function. Do better!

    We're so so sorry about your aggravation with this order.

    In general, (unless indicated on the site that the product has a longer shipping time), all orders ship withing a couple of business days seamlessly. This particular item went out of stock just as you placed the order. To furthur compound this isse, the vendor who is usually quick to restock has been slow this time. Our reps have been in contact with you though this process and you wote that you preferred to wait, rather than refund and cancel the order. Please just reply to the emails we sent if ypu would like to cancel for a full refund. We really vallue your satisfaction and are very sorry about ths long unforseen backorder.
