    We hired this company to install a roof on October 17, 2025. The company bid the roof replacement to cost $7,500.00. They did not inspect attic for damaged or rotten wood prior to bidding. The day of the job, we were contacted by the company informing us there was more inferior wood than they had anticipated. The final bill included an additional charge of $296.00. Upon inspection of completed job, we contacted the company with some concerns .They did come back and haphazardly addressed only one of our concerns. We reached out to the company again with no response. After four days of waiting, we made another attempt. We received an unprofessional reply including profane language and complaints about having to replace more wood than expected. We do not care to work with this company in the future. We will address remaining problems with the roof independently. Furthermore, our deck needs repainted as a result of the company throwing debris from roof without covering it before roof removal. Finally, the dumpster for the job was placed in our neighbors yard resulting in large ruts for our out of pocket repair expense.

    As for Mr. ******* complaint. As far as the wood replacement. Says right on contract any bad wood is an extra charge. There was no attic access in the valleys that were severely rotted out. Major leaking thru the years. We only charge him ****** which is very low for the amount of wood that was replaced. When he reached out for some minor repairs we were working out of town and the cell reception was spotty at best shich I told him. I did send a guy by, which I guess he missed a couple minor things. I told him we would come back once we got into town. Which he quit responding. As far as the dumpster, it was parked in drive right in front of a  car that looked as if it didnt run!!!! The deck Maybe had a couple shingle fall on it. Does not need ******. They painted it 2 days before we started the roof. Real smart there. I have tried to contact Mr. ****** several times. Which he will not respond. Typical! He said he would like ****** off the job. To ease his mind I agreed. Still no response or check. I received nothing down. He owes for entire roof. I have many pics of entire job. Went over and above to replace wood and rotted rafter. Way to much for just ******   As far as the vulgar language. I did not swear at him what so ever. I simply said we replaced a h*** of a lot of wood!!!!!!!! Period. 
    Typical case of a homeowner looking for something free or to beat someone out of money. Since he wont respond at all. Been in business for 25 years. Never had a complaint like this EVER!!  That should say something!!
