    On 5/1/2025 a maintenance request was attended to at 7:am due to washer filling up with water. Technician comes out to replace the valve on the washer, but in the process the main water valve was broken as well per technician and needed to be replaced. After he left I noticed I no longer had water coming out of my tub faucet and only cold water coming out of my kitchen and bathroom faucet and no hot water. at 9:00am property management was notified about no running water out of tub faucet as well has no hot water flowing in all faucet's bathroom and kitchen, but only cold running water from kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I was told that a technician was assigning the request as of 9:45 am on 5/1/2025 and someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. At 3:00pm on 5/1/2025 I called property management back to inform them that I have not received a called from assigned technician and that the issue was not solved. I was insured that the issue would be taken care of in a timely manner. On 5/2/2025 issue still is not resolved and there is no hot water and only cold water running from bathroom and kitchen sink ONLY. I called property manager on 5/2/2025 at 10:00 am. A time frame has still not been given on when issue will be resolved. however, I am a good paying tenant and pay my rent before or promptly on due date. As of 5/2/2025 they can not tell me what time a technician will arrive. Ive Missed Two days of Business waiting on the issue to be resolved.
