    I used Liberty Inspection Group to do a home inspection on a house that I was purchasing. After closing and moving into the home on May 3rd, we were experiencing continual electrical issues that the breakers kept flipping off. We called an electrician to come out and take a look. When they arrived they showed me that on the outside of the house, the wire extending from the meter box to the top of the house where the electrical lines connect to it, was disconnected and hanging off of the house. The cap to the wire was detached allowing water to flow through the wire, into the meter box, and then into the electrical panel in the house. The electrician let my husband and I know that this was a safety and fire hazard and needed to be fixed immediately. They stated that this is very visible to the eye and should have been caught during the home inspection because it should have been fixed before anyone was allowed to live there and the house should not have passed inspection. We had to spend close to $4800 to get this fixed.I reached out to Liberty Inspection Group to explain what happened and get them to reimburse the money since this should have been caught by them. The Team Lead was incredibly unprofessional and told me that the electricians were just "appealing to my emotions" and that he was not going to assist in any way because I did not get multiple professional opinions - even though my house, where my children live, was in immediate danger and I had no choice but to get it fixed that day. I reached out to his manager, who again did not approve to reimburse the money. This is something that their organization clearly missed causing my family to be put in danger and out a significant amount of money. In addition, the unprofessionalism they showed was not only inappropriate but incredibly condescending. I would like a full refund due to their oversight of a very serious problem to my home.

    This Company is disgustingly racist they fired me on no grounds when I told them I have been over whelmed and feel taken advantage of they fired me. The told me the company is open door policy yet they used it against me . They told me I was doing such an amazing job but when I told them the job is lacking accountability, team work and communication they fired me. I was the only one in the company working late hours while everyone else had earlier shifts. I was the only one from the office working weekends because everyone else shift didn’t Revolve around weekends. They didn’t train me fully yet they told me if I need help try my best to figure it out myself. I have confirmation of every email I sent to them about feeling humiliated with no team work and the bottom of the borrow of the team. I thought it was because I was new but realized it was because I am black . I was the only one in the office team with a college degree yet they still treated me like I was uneducated.
