            We have numerous issues and complaints in reference to a new-construction home we purchased from Rockwell Custom Homes in July 2021. Please see the supporting document for a list and narrative of these in detail. To summarize, the house had numerous unfinished construction projects at the time we were advised we could go to settlement and move in, which was November 30, 2021. As of this date (July 5) there are still unfinished items, as well as items related to workmanship, and issues which emerged during the time from settlement and the present time.

            2022 BEWARE… Have any of you had this issue below? I do hope Rockwell changes their minds and stands behind their warranties. We love our home, but we need to solve the water issue to enjoy. We relocated to Newtown Square from Florida, we are in our 70’s and we were hoping to be in a peaceful situation at this time of our lives. Rockwell Edgmont, II, LLC Builders, at Ventry Estates, (previously Edgmont golf course) are refusing to solve our basement flooding issue on our newly purchased Carriage Home. Our million-dollar home has had two basement floods since we signed the paper at our closing on October 2022. The water is coming directly up from the sump pump opening. After many text messages, phone calls and personal confrontations, I have been told by the President, Greg L****, of ROCKWELL Edgmont Builders, that he is refusing to correct the ground water coming into our home. I have obtained an estimate from Mainline WaterProofing Company which would give us a permanent fix to our flooding issues. Rockwell has stated that they will not make any needed repairs to waterproofing our home and are refusing to stand by their warranty of selling a dry basement. Think twice before dealing with Rockwell. Mary and Randy S********
