      On Dec 7 2022 I got what was suppose to be new hearing aides..they were not..after screaming in my ear for months battery dead the store finally replaced them.they screamed when charged for months sometimes now the insurance nation's hearing thru Aetna is saying that it is ****** per ear to replace when still under a 3 year warranty when BOTH TIMES THESE WERE NOT NEW Aetna now saying that I had to fax them paperwork because they did not have when they did..after 2 full days on the phone I have had it! I want NEW HEARING AIDES AND NOT FROM THE SAME PLACE! ITS BEEN TWICE ALREADY..NO WAY THEY ARE RIPPING ***** CUSTOMERS OFF!
