      I had scheduled an installation of an upstairs bath remodel and a downstairs shower unit remodel for a master bathroom to occur on November 10th and 11th. I was contacted by the scheduling service and asked if they can come early which I allowed on the 25th of october. The scope of work had a two-day period scheduled for demolition and completion of the shower and tub as well as the shower and base pan installation in the master bedroom. The job was over $30,000 with 18 months no down payment 0% financing as agreed on prior to scheduling work. The crew that installed the units did not do so completely and had no mindset on dust mitigation when they demolished the downstairs master bathroom shower. Not only were all the workers not on the same page but they got a late start on the first day at about 10:30 and literally dropped their tools at 5:00 p.m. and left without cleaning up or tidying any areas of broken debris or plaster that was littered all over the floor and the thoroughfare by which they exited and entered the house and the bedrooms. The second day they got a late start again and did not have any of the parts that they needed to complete the job so they had to send people back to the shop to get the right parts come back and install them. Again the job ran long and they didn't finish and it was 6:30 when they dropped tools packed up their stuff and left. They left the bathroom in an absolute and utter disaster with an unfinished shower that was unusable with no doors installed no drain top and fixtures that had yet to be secured and caulked. I lost the full day and a half at work when I was told I could just let them in let them go to work and make observations when the job was complete. We have not lived in our bedroom or used the bathroom because of the gross amount of dust and debris that is littered all over the fixtures light switches bathtub ledges Windows mirrors ceiling exhaust fan and bedding No sense of urgency on addressing or correcting issues

      We decided to upgrade our shower because of our disabilities. Told it was going to be safe but unfortunately poor advertising. "PAN NOT SLIP RESISTANCE". DISABLE Senior did injure themselves.
