    Putting this out there for anyone looking to have a deck or stairs built. Avoid this guy, he does extremely poor work. He will overprice the materials, make bad cuts on the boards and use them anyway so he doesn't have to spend any more money on materials than absolutely necessary. The deck is far from square, the boards are not even what so ever, some over an inch shorter than others. I have several pieces where he tried to notch out for a 4x4 but apparently screwed up the cut so he used those boards on the deck where the notch missing is in plain view (no fixing that! unreal). He advertises using a contractors license but that has expired way long ago. He won't stand behind his work. He apparently doesn't have the proper tools i.e. level, square, chalk line... Overall POOR QUALITY! They say "you get what you pay for" Trust me, you won't with this guy!
