    This company was contracted through our homeowners insurance due to water damage in our master bathroom which caused water damage onto our hardwood floors in our bedroom. They got paid in full in Nov 2024. They finished the bathroom on July 1, 2025. We cancelled getting the hardwood floors done with them because of how long the process was taking. We are owed a refund of *********. They stated we would have our refund back between ***** days of the job completion. We are passed that timeline, with still no refund. I have been in contact with the company president *** ******, and he will not return a phone call or give me any information with when the refund will happen. I cannot get a hold of anyone at their company. I have left numerous phone messages at the business as well as texts/ calls on *** ******* personal cell phone with no response. I will be getting a lawyer involved, but wanted to file a complaint on here as well.
