On July 17, 2025, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs leveed a civil penalty of $2,500 against Gary Andre Marsh of Marsh Appraisals for failing to complete an appraisal within the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). He is also required to complete 20 hours of remedial education and pay a $1,500 cost of investigation.
