    I hired Diamond Cut for various properties we own both residential and commercial. He took his time to present a well detailed estimate describing the cost of everything, how each method of cleaning would be performed, it was very much appreciated to say the least. He was on time for each project, some carried on alot longer then anticipated the didnt charge me any extra. They do require a 35$ deposit upfront when scheduling to secure dates - understandable. I will continue using them for many more projects they can accommodate us on. Love the attention to detail and his versatility to all that he can do
