    This appraiser cost me $20k because of his unfair appraisal. He ignored local sale comps in the area that my agent provided to justify the asking price that the buyer already had agreed to. Our agent even tried to provide receipts of all of the home improvements that was completed that cost well over $30k and he chose to ignore all of it.Oddly enough you can't leave a public ****** review or find a website because it says the business is permanently closed and there is no way to contact this person so how is this business allowed to operate? Link: ***************************************** If you are selling or even purchasing a home, make sure your lender or bank does not use this company because clearly they do not take facts into consideration for their appraisal assessments.
