      On May 18th I made a purchase of 2 scale model cars, the amount of 45.00 was charged. As of 07-05-23 I have not received my products. I have reached out on 4 occasions on the 1rst 2 occasions I realized I did not identify my self. I got a reply this company did not know who l was I have replied 2 more times with no responce.

      I made a purchase on Hobbywheels.com on June 14, 2023, Order Number **-****. The purchase was for a ********* 1/25 2002 ******** ******** ***** Fire Pumper Truck Kit, in the total amount of $75.90. I have reached out the the company 3 times, by email to hobbywheelsinfo, on June 22, June 25, and June 28, requesting a delivery estimate. All three times have resulted in no response. I desire delivery of my purchase.

      Internet Hobbies claimed item would be shipped in 2 to 3 days. It has been over a week with zero contact. I have emailed and used the contact us form of business multiple times with zero response. I then began researching the company and apparently this is very common and they are running a scam. The address given seems to be fake. They have been reported over and over on the BBB and many had to contact bank. Also were sued from a state or two research showed. Stay away from this "company" if you want to call it that. Website should be shut down.

      I placed an order with *********************** on 3-14-21 for 71.64 (including shipping) of various model paints. I received a confirmation and order number (**-*****) for said order. As of 3-3-23 I have not received any items from this company. I have reached out over 15 times with one response stating they would update me 'soon'. I requested a refund multiple times and received no response back.

      I ordered $69.43 worth of product (3 model kits) from the seller on Aug 22, 2020 (Order # **-*****) and never received any products. In both Dec 2020 and Jan 2021 I reached out to the seller to see if there was any updates as to when I could expect my order, only to get an auto generated response saying that they are closed for the weekend and no actual follow up from a real person.In March 2021 I reached out again asking for my order to be canceled and to be refunded my money, but received no response at all.

      On 6/29/22 I placed an order totaling $291.50 with Internet Hobbies LLC (internethobbies.com) also known as ***** ****** ***. The credit card processing system on the website was not working so I chose the ******** eCheck option. Afterwards I received what appeared to be an automated email informing me that the credit card processing was not working and advising me to place my order on one of their sister websites. I replied to the email stating I paid by eCheck and asking if my order would still be processed. On 7/1/22 I received a reply stating "Your order is okay and we're working on fulfilling it right after the holiday. Thank you again for your order." This reply referenced the July 4th holiday and promises a fulfillment time that I reasonably presumed to be "within a few days", or "within the week". This was the last contact I have had with this company. I have attempted to contact them several times via email, phone calls and through the contact form on their website but I have not received a reply. The eCheck has cleared my bank and I have a copy of it. It is made out to "***** ****** ***". I also have the emails and at least one screenshot of the website's contact form with my inquiry filled out. I have been on the phone with the payment processor who handled the transaction (***********) and they are looking into this. There are hundreds of complaints (193) against this company with the BBB. On the internet, there are an immeasurable number of complaints from customers stating they have been ripped off. In November 2021, the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's office filed legal court proceedings against this company naming co-defendants Dale and Diane B****************, owners of the company alleging non-delivery of purchased goods, failing to provide refunds, and failing to communicate. PA civil case # **** Term, 2021 I have found reports of consumers who have gone years without receiving their order, with no refund.

      I placed an order with Internet Hobbies on July 10, 2021. 1) Around July 20 I received an email with a USPS tracking # for 7 of the 9 items I ordered. The package was delivered on July 22. No problem at this point. 2) I reached out to them in August about the shipment status of the remaining 2 items. I heard back from them that it was being prepared. It wasn't until around September 23 that I received an email with a USPS tracking # for 1 of the 2 items remaining. The package was delivered September 24. No problem at this point. 3) In October I started to contact them through there online "Contact Us" page asking the status of the remaining item. No response for a couple of months. And ever since October, I have contacted them over-and-over again asking the same question. No response. So now I'm fed up. Today, June 28, 2022, I went online to see if anyone was having the same issue as me. To my surprise, I see that the Pennsylvania Attorney General filed a lawsuit against Internet Hobbies for various failures. And not to mention that the same people who own Internet Hobbies also own other online sites and have the same situation with those as well. https://******************** All I want is a refund in the amount of $63.99 for the remaining item I never received. I have attached my email confirmation, current online order status, and my **** statement from July 2021 (with account # blocked out).

      An item was ordered from this company and at the time the only method to pay was bank draft. The money was immediately taken from our account but its been 2 months and no item nor refund! We have emailed countless times and never get an answer. Finally found a number to call and got a run around about a refund. We just want our kid to get his money back!!!

      On May 22, 2021, I placed an order for two plastic models from Internet Hobbies, LLC. The order number was ********. The total cost was $306.19 ($29.19 for the models plus $15.00 for shipping....which included a 30% discount. I received one of the models but have never received the second one ******************** 1/72 German **** Railway Gun, which retailed for $259.99 but was discounted to $181.30). Over the past 11 months, I emailed Internet Hobbies multiple times. They responded to the first couple emails, stating that the model had yet to be shipped. They stopped responding to my emails in early Fall. I wrote several times asking for a refund for my purchase, but they never responded and never refunded me the $181.30 I paid for the model.I know they have a refund limit of 30 days but given the supply chain problems affecting businesses across the globe, it was reasonable to expect it would take longer than 30 days to receive the model. The only emails they ever responded to me on were outside of that 30-day window and the company indicated the model was delayed. Why would I ask for a refund on a model that they indicated was still enroute to me? Blaming supply chain delays is no reason not to refund me. It is not a reason to STEAL from me.
