    After three separate visits and paying $180 for a contact lens exam, the office was unable to provide a valid prescription. Despite providing my current contact lens prescription at my first appointment, that information was not shared with the doctor. The remote exam results were inaccurate and unusable.The company ultimately cancelled my appointment and informed me that they would not be attempting to complete the prescription because they were unable to determine the correct lenses. Throughout this process, the managers conduct was unprofessional and dismissive.This experience has resulted in over a month of wasted time, unnecessary expense, and significant frustration. The lack of communication, coordination, and professionalism is concerning and falls far below expected standards of patient care.I would strongly encourage others to review patient feedback carefully before choosing this provider.
