I have not heard from the company or BBB about this complaint or a resolution regarding refund request.
My **** tracking shows their Pennsylvania location returns are sent to received the returned item 2/7/25. I asked to be fully refunded and to be credited for the return shipping fee I paid out of frustration and ongoing lack of assistance on the return.
I contacted the company to initiate the return process in time for holiday purchases of a faulty item. Although I clearly indicated I wanted a refund and meet their holiday return guideline policy and the return has been received by them, they have not refunded my money and the shipping.
Ive called and emailed repeatedly and still nothing is resolved about the refund. Ive asked for a supervisor and never get to speak to one never given their name or number to call them or return my calls.
does not work. The link forces me to pay for return for faulty product. The business also tries to force to put in claim verses getting refund. Iinitiated return process was before extended holiday return deadline date but have had nothing but problems and difficultly to get return label and help for mailing back return. See numerous complaints and negative reviews online. I replied to emails, called again today, ringing only and recording to leave message. Frustrated and upset. No resolve just going round and round when should be straight forward return. Do NOT want replacement of faulty item. Want full refund. Should not have to pay return fee for faulty product. You can close this complaint. The company never resolved the issue because of the BBB complaint unfortunately.
I repeatedly called and emailed the business and complained. They tried to replace the item despite my request for a refund multiple times. They were rude in their correspondence and calls were very scripted. They would never let me speak to a supervisor or have one call me despite requests for that. They sent a replacement despite my request for a refund and paying myself to return the faulty item. I called and emailed again to say I did not want the item and insisted on a refund. I said I filed a complaint with BBB and was going to complain to my credit card company. I think I complained enough times over weeks and weeks they finally gave in. The finally gave a refund after shipping a replacement item even though I said I did not want the replacement.
They have the worst customer assistance. They are disorganized and provide poor customer support. They obviously are not concerned about their product and business reputation with the failure to respond to the BBB complaint. A reputable company would look into a problem and make quick effort to resolve an issue.
Thanks for the attempt despite the lack of response.

Purchased a coat on Dec 15, 2014. Coat was returned via ***** on Dec 30 because the size was wrong. A larger size coat was requested. Company acknowledged receiving the returned coat on January 6, 2025. **************** was contacted numerous times regarding the replacement coat being sent out, but they have not done so. I ordered a pair of heated insoles on 1/11/25. They shipped promptly. The shipment was to arrive on Friday, January 17 as originally stated by the ***** tracking information. The method was drop ship with the ****. I called on 1/21 and inquired about the whereabouts of the package. I was told in was in *** since 1/17. The was no movement of the package. I tried to explain that there should have been indications of movement through the ***** system and there was probably an issue. I was sent the **** drop ship tracking information twice without the agent understanding anything I had said. I called again and got the actual ***** tracking information and I was told I should "get the package in a few days". Understanding how the shipping industry works as my husband used to be a pilot for ***, I emailed with my inquiry regarding the lack of movement in the ***** system. I was given no explanation and no effort was taken to resolve my issue. I asked for a replacement or a refund since I was not getting my package any time soon. I got an email stating they would not help and in a nasty tone, sent me a screen shot of the ***** movement as if were a stupid moron. They didn't look further into the shipping matter, and only sent me a screen shot of the tracking issue, stating again, it was on its way. Apparently, no customer service and no effort to look into the matter further. I called the store and got the same information and that no manager was "available". I told them I wanted a resolution and they didn't help. The agent claimed that she would speak to the team there was no resolution. I wanted were liners for the bitterly cold weather we had in ******** and the Warming Store failed to be of assistance. They apparently have no customer service nor want to resolve the issue. The Warming Store passed my concerns off without offering a resolution to the matter. I apparently am supposed to wait for who knows how long before a can reach a resolution or receive a package.Initial Complaint

I purchased a heated vest in October for my husband for his Xmas present. Of course, it was not opened until Xmas. It is way too big. I left a message for someone to call me back. They did the next day and the lady curtly told me there is a strict 30 day return policy. I told her I have been a customer since 2017, I might be willing to exchange and your website shows that you do not have any more of this item in stock. She still said I had only 30 days. I asked to speak to a manager, as this was a Xmas present and I am a repeat customer. She refused to transfer me or give me a manager's name. Purchased 2 heated vests on 11/29/24, paid $319.98 online. Received vests in early December and upon inspection the Men's vest had a defective zipper. Called customer service and received a ***** return label to ship defective vest back and get a new one in exchange. Company received vest on 12/11/24 and I then received an email telling me they were issuing me a refund of $150. I called customer service to tell them they were making a mistake that I wanted only to receive a new men's vest not a refund. They admitted the mistake was theirs but I assume they couldn't reverse the refund. On 12/11/24 I mentioned to customer service that the 2nd vest-a women's vest-was going to be returned for a refund and requested one of their ***** return labels which I paid for. They sent me the label and I mailed the vest on 12/11/24. All along they kept telling me I'd be getting a tracking # for the Men's vest they were sending as an exchange.While the women's vest was making it's way back to the refund department in ************ I called customer service to let them know I had not received a tracking # for the Men's vest and it became apparent to me that although the initial mistake of issuing me a refund for the Men's vest instead of just doing an exchange was their mistake it was causing the company to wait until they got the women's vest to then send me the Men's vest.Women's vest was received 12/16/24 at 1:59PM and I called on 12/17/24 to see if they had shipped my Men's vest and they still have not done so although they now seem to understand they need to do that.I did get the refund of $150 although it was for the wrong vest and now I just want the Men's vest that was promised in exchange for the defective vest. I purchased a pair of heated gloves on Sat Nov 16, 2024 - order #****** for $251.99. Whey they arrived, the battery charger was defective and emitted a loud screeching noise when plugged in. I called customer service to request a return shipping label and was told the return shipping would be free of charge. I just got the credit for the purchase and I was charged $9.99 return shipping. I called customer service and was told the transaction had completed on the refund and they could no longer refund me for the shipping cost. I'm writing to recoup my $9.99 shipping as it's unacceptable that I would be charged return shipping costs when the product was defective.Initial Complaint

I ordered this cooling vest from the warning store and paid $9.95 for expedited shipping on June 18, 2024.It said these were in stock at this time. I checked my order status every day for 8 days and each day it said "pending." After 8 days, I contacted the company, who got back to me and said that the vest was out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. I wrote back and said to cancel and have not yet heard back or received a refund. First, the vest should not have been available for purchase if it was out of stock, especially at a price of $200, this is not a small amount of money. Second, they have an obligation to let me know that my order that I paid for, is not coming. And clearly, they had no intentions of letting me know until I reached out myself. This is unacceptable business practice. I am waiting on a response from them about a refund as I need to know what to expect.
