            I was a property owner that was a client of Del Val Property Management up until March. I notified them of termination of our property management agreement on March 1 as I had sold the property. Del Val was supposed to send me a final statement and refund my held deposit in the amount of $400 within 60 days. It has now been close to five months and I have not received anything. I have contacted them frequently and they are unresponsive. Their last communication indicated that the check and statement had mailed on 7-7. I have not received anything and have followed up twice since with no response.

            If I could give this zero stars I would... I have rented a unit with Del Val Realty & Property Management since November 2020. I recently moved out as of November 2023 and they did not do a proper move-out inspection and inaccurately charged my account stating that trash and furniture was left in the apartment. There weren't even any charges pertaining to the condition of the apartment after I moved out. The unit was SPOTLESS when I moved out. I even cleaned the entire apartment prior to moving out. These people are crooks! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
