    As of right now Im waiting on 5 days to start (if they ship it) shipping a car cover. I have dealt with car companies before and dont take more than 48 hours to start shipping. This is crazy. Im not happy its taking forever. Even tried to call to ask and see if I can get it being a 6 hours away and no answer to the phone. Not happy

    False advertising. I wanted aggressive tires and according to the picture of the crosswind hp010 plus looked like real aggressive tires. So I bought them. There were 3 images of the tires and on only one image you could see that it was not the crosswind tire but was actually a ******** mud terrain tire. There was no disclaimer that the image may not match the actual product. So I requested they cancel my order. They told me it takes 5 days to cancel, today is day 2. ***** says that a lane was created and theyre waiting for the items. So Im hoping that they do actually cancel so I dont have to deal with returning the tires when they arrive. Also the image still does not match the actual product.

    Worst experience ever, I ordered a wheel and tires set for a 2024 Mustang GT Sales *** said it would shipped next day, 5 days later nothing , I called them they said ****** put a hold on payment ??, I called ****** they said nothing was ever charged , I call AM back the kid says , oh ya it was a mistake , so,I said can you shipped them today he said tomorrow for sure , I get a noticed some items were shipped? They were suppose to be mount and balanced , there shipping tires and rims separate, they said they forgot to mount them ? ?? Are you kidding , Pleaae dont order from them very untrained employees

    Unfortunately, I had to order a replacement wheel and tire for my *** 5 Camaro SS. Theyve only been on the car for 3 months, but one of the was damaged. Theyve only had to be back ordered due to being out of stock, I didnt mind I wasnt in a hurry. Within a day of them receiving it, they had it mounted, balanced, and in shipping. Its on its way.

    I ordered on June 26th and I never received anything yet, but I do get 10 emails a week asking for pictures of the belts I never received. Their emails are very confusing and hard to manage. So far Im very disappointed. My review and rating is based on my experience so far. Never seen the product I purchased
