- We provide a 100% refund (or we apply to a future course of the customer’s choice) in the event that participants cancel their registration more that 24 hours in advance of the scheduled course. If notice is not provided, we have the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee to cover costs associated with a participant’s registration (breakfast, lunch, and vacant seat).
